Receiver connections
- Area Measure supports compatible receivers that send standard NMEA position data over Bluetooth LE or Wi-Fi. Dipper Field is coming soon, with support for Bluetooth LE receivers; its Dipper Go connection is not yet tested.
- Area Measure can use a compatible correction service account. You do not need to wait for our planned service.
Your data
- Project records stay on your device unless you choose to share or export them. A correction connection may send receiver positions to the provider as required by that service.
Technical documentation
Specifications and a compatibility list for Dipper Go by InsightSpatial will be published before launch. Current figures are on the Dipper Go specs.
